What is this feature?
This feature allows users to restore workflows that have been deleted.
How to restore deleted workflows?
- A new tab named "Deleted" has been added to the workflow list page.
- Users can navigate to this tab, where all deleted workflows will be displayed.
- To restore a workflow, users can click the "Restore" button next to the desired workflow.
- To delete a workflow, users must type in the workflow name.
Permissions:
Only Location and Agency Admins will have the ability to use this feature.
- The restored workflow will not retain the permissions it had before deletion; it will be moved to the root level.

Q: For how long will the deleted workflows be present in the "Deleted" tab?
A: The workflows will be removed from the "Deleted" tab after 90 days.
Q: Can I delete the workflow I just restored?
A: No, the restored workflows cannot be deleted for the next 48 hours.
Q: Can I restore the workflow I just deleted?
A: You will be able to restore the workflow 30 minutes after deleting it, as the deletion process will be in progress.
Q: Will my workflow be in a published state after restoration?
A: No, upon successful restoration, the workflow will be placed in the Draft stage.
Q: What will happen to the deleted workflow in the case of a location transfer?
A: For the new location, deleted workflows from the old location will no longer be visible. Only deleted workflows from the new location will be displayed.
Q: Will all the information be available in the workflow after restoring it?
A: Below are the features related to the workflow that is being restored:- Upon restoring a workflow, the contact information in the enrollment history and execution logs will remain intact.
- Any contacts in the wait step will be removed from that particular execution.
- The restored workflow will retain its original triggers and actions with the same configuration.
- Contacts that were in the workflow when it was deleted will not be restore
