Incoming Call Settings Simplified
- View and edit basic details like Friendly name, call recording and call forwarding
- View your incoming call flow
- Direct incoming calls to multiple devices of a user
- Direct calls to one device type of multiple users
- View all other settings affecting incoming calls
- Can be enabled under Labs
- Once enabled under Labs, it can be accessed under sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Edit Configuration
