Initiate a Call

Clicking the small phone icon will automatically place a call to the contact you are currently viewing. This feature streamlines the process by dialing the contact directly from your CRM, eliminating the need to manually enter the phone number.

Assigning Contacts

The Assign Contact button allows you to delegate a specific contact to a team member or employee. This functionality helps you distribute tasks more effectively and ensures that communication within your team is well-coordinated.

You can organize your messages by marking them as read or unread using the appropriate button in the message header. This feature is particularly useful for keeping track of important communications and ensuring no tasks are overlooked.
