Once you've established your workflow triggers, the next crucial step is defining the actions that the workflow will execute. This step automates routine tasks, minimizing manual interventions. Workflow actions can range from sending emails or SMS messages to setting up internal notifications, modifying tags, updating opportunities, and more.

How to Implement Workflow Actions


To incorporate an action into your workflow, begin by selecting the "Add Action" button. You'll then choose the appropriate action from a variety of categories, such as:

  • Communication Actions

  • Contact Actions

  • Membership Actions

  • Conditions and Workflow Actions
