Excluding Contacts from Workflows

To PUBLISH a workflow, it’s essential to define both a trigger and an action. If either is missing, the workflow can only be saved but not published.

When a workflow trigger is set to initiate the "Remove From Workflow" action, you gain the ability to exclude specific contacts from that workflow. This tool enhances your workflow management by allowing you to keep processes tidy and focused, ensuring that only relevant contacts remain based on your defined criteria or actions.

By applying the "Current Workflow" filter, you can remove a contact from the workflow that is currently being edited or managed. This option gives you greater control over contact management, ensuring a smooth and organized process by excluding specific contacts according to the criteria or actions you’ve set.

The "Another Workflow" filter allows you to disassociate a contact from any other workflow available in your CRM. This feature offers flexibility, enabling you to manage contacts more effectively by removing them from particular workflows based on predefined conditions or actions.
