The "Unassign User" action within your workflow allows you to effortlessly detach a user from a contact record. How to Set Up an Unassign User Workflow 

To implement this, simply click on the "+" icon to create a new workflow action and choose "Unassign User." Once this action is triggered within the workflow, the user linked to the contact will be removed automatically.
