The Messenger action within your workflow enables you to send messages directly to your contacts via Facebook Messenger. To ensure successful delivery, the contact must have engaged with the connected Facebook page in your account within the past 24 hours before they reach this point in the workflow.
This action is an efficient way to promptly engage with potential clients before they lose interest, offering a personalized and streamlined approach to follow-up.
Templates
If you'd like to use a pre-designed message template, simply click on the Templates field and choose the desired option from those available in your CRM.
Custom Messaging
Should you prefer not to utilize a template, you can manually enter your message into the Message field.
Personalization
For added personalization, you can insert custom values such as the contact’s name by selecting the Custom Values option.
Adding Attachments
To include an attachment in your message, click the green Add Attachment button and select the file from your computer.
URL-Based File Attachments
You also have the option to attach files via URL. Simply enter the URL into the designated field and click +Add to incorporate it.
