Important Update: Agent Studio is Being Reshaped

Modified on Fri, 15 May at 1:40 AM

We're writing to let you know about an upcoming change to Agent Studio. As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible experience, we've decided to temporarily disable Agent Studio while we reshape and rebuild it from the ground up.

We've been listening closely to your feedback, and we believe Agent Studio has the potential to do much more than it does today. Rather than continue to iterate on the current version, we're taking a step back to redesign the experience. A new, improved version of Agent Studio is on the way, and we're excited to share more about it soon.

What This Means for You

We understand that changes like this can raise questions, so here's exactly what you can expect during this transition period.

If you haven't created any agents yet:

Agent Studio will no longer be visible in your account. You won't see it in the menu, and you won't have access to it until the new version is released. This keeps your workspace clean and avoids any confusion in the meantime.

If you were planning to create new agents:

The new agent creation flow has been hidden for now. You will not be able to create new agents during this transition. We know this may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we work on something better.

If you already have existing agents:

Good news, nothing changes for you. All your existing agents will continue to work exactly as they do today. Every trigger you've set up will keep firing as expected, and you'll still be able to edit, update, and manage your existing agents from your account without any disruption.

What's Next

Our team is hard at work building the next generation of Agent Studio, designed to be more powerful, more flexible, and easier to use than ever before. We can't wait to put it in your hands.

We'll be sharing more details, including a release timeline and a preview of what's coming, in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, thank you for your continued trust and support. The improvements we're making are because of users like you, and we're confident the wait will be worth it.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to help.
