Follow the on-screen steps to link your WhatsApp Business App to LeadConnector.
Scan the QR code to securely pair your existing WhatsApp account.
Import contacts & chat history (up to 6 months) into the CRM.
Start messaging from both platforms—mobile and CRM—seamlessly.
Important Notes
Template messages are sent from the CRM.
Business profile updates remain in the WhatsApp Business App.
One phone number per WhatsApp Business App account under Coexistence.
