We’ve just rolled out an important update to improve the wallet recharge experience for our international SaaS v2 users — especially those using Stripe or Square in countries with non-USD currencies.
The Problem
Until now, wallet top-ups only worked in USD, which caused failed transactions for accounts with local currencies like:
- INR (India)
- AUD (Australia)
- BRL (Brazil)
- MXN (Mexico)
- GBP (UK via Square)
These failures led to frustration and extra support overhead.
What’s Fixed
We’ve upgraded how wallet recharges work:
- The system now automatically fetches the default currency for each account from the connected payment provider.
- All manual and auto wallet recharges now happen in the correct local currency—no more USD-only limitations.

- No more failed wallet transactions due to currency mismatch
- More reliable experience for accounts and clients across multiple countries
