Guide to URL Redirection

The URL redirection feature allows you to easily reroute traffic from any specific URL within your hosted domain to another URL of your choice.

Steps to Create a URL Redirect

Navigate to the Settings menu and find the URL Redirection section on the left-hand side. Select "Add Redirect" to open a pop-up window where you can configure your redirect.

In this window, you can adjust all necessary redirect configurations.

Choosing a Domain for Redirection

A list of connected domains associated with your CRM location will be displayed. From the dropdown menu, choose the domain that you wish to redirect.

Defining the URL Path

Input the specific URL path you intend to redirect in this section.

Choosing the Redirection Type

Select the appropriate redirect type, such as Funnel, Website, or URL, from the available options.

Specify the Target URL

Provide the destination URL to which the original domain URL will be redirected.

After completing the required fields, click on "Add Redirect" to finalize and save the changes.
