Experience the next level of automated client interaction with our CRM's Conversation AI, a sophisticated tool designed to enhance customer service through AI-based automation. The feature offers powerful tools to manage client interactions and appointment scheduling via two modes:

Response Suggestion Mode

In Response Suggestion Mode, AI-driven text suggestions are provided in real-time to assist with client responses. Users can opt to send these AI-crafted messages as suggested, tweak them to fit their needs, or discard the suggestions and craft their own replies.

Auto-Engage Mode

Auto-Engage Mode takes over the task of responding to client inquiries, using AI to direct customers toward scheduling appointments. After receiving an incoming message, the system intelligently waits for two minutes before responding, ensuring no important information is missed.

Bot Configuration Options

Ensure that these features are activated in your sub-account. Once confirmed, you can configure the 'Conversation AI' settings through the 'Settings' tab in your CRM.

Mode Selection & Customization

The 'Preferences' section allows you to select from three operating modes for Conversation AI:

Off

This mode turns off all AI functionalities, ensuring that Conversation AI will not engage with customers. You may still adjust settings, but the AI will not intervene.

AI Suggestions

This mode enables Conversation AI to assist by providing suggested responses to customer inquiries. You have the flexibility to send these as-is, edit them before sending, or bypass the AI's suggestions.

Full Auto-Reply

Auto-Reply mode allows Conversation AI to respond to messages without manual input, promoting faster customer engagement and smoother communication.

Supported Platforms

The AI can engage with customers across various platforms, offering seamless communication through multiple channels. The currently supported platforms are:

  • SMS: Engage with customers via text message, with automated responses for efficient communication.
  • Facebook: Handle client messages through your Facebook page or Messenger with AI-driven responses.
  • Instagram: AI responds to direct messages received on your company’s Instagram account.
  • Google My Business: Manage client inquiries via Google’s messaging service using AI.
  • Live Chat (SMS Chat): Ensure 24/7 availability by enabling AI to respond to live chat messages on your behalf.

Bot Test Drive

Use this section to experiment with the bot's responses. Send a test message and see how the bot handles it. You can fine-tune future interactions by providing feedback through the thumbs-down feature.

Bot Education

Under the "Bot Education" tab, use the "+ Add Q & A" feature to train your bot by adding frequently asked questions and appropriate responses, ensuring more accurate replies.

Customize Interaction Styles

Configure the tone and interaction style by editing the bot's prompt. Include business information, goals, and specific guidelines for the bot to follow. Customize its responses and reset to default settings if needed.

Pre-Built Bot Templates

Use the pre-built templates to make customizing your bot easier. The available templates include:

  • Appointment-Focused Persuasion

  • Qualification-Based Appointment Booking

  • Casual Assistance (Support & QnA)

Appointment Scheduling Integration

When this option is active, Conversation AI can assist in scheduling appointments. You can choose between letting the bot handle the entire booking or just sending the calendar link for customer use.

Choose a Calendar

Choose a calendar from your CRM in the "Appointment Booking" section. The bot will then incorporate the scheduling link into its replies, allowing customers to book directly.
