Mobile App: Service Calendars

With our mobile app, you can easily create and manage service appointments, ensuring that your schedule is always organized and accessible, no matter where you are. Additionally, all service appointments are conveniently displayed under their relevant dates within the app, allowing you to efficiently manage your time on the go.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Launch the Mobile App
   Begin by opening the app on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to the Calendar Section
   Head over to the Calendar section, where you’ll find all your service appointments listed by date.
   

3. Create a New Service Appointment
   Tap on the "+" button and select Schedule Appointment.
   

4. Select a Service Calendar
   From the calendar dropdown, choose a service calendar that you’ve created on the web.
   

5. Assign a Room and Equipment
   Select the appropriate room for the service. Once selected, equipment will be automatically assigned based on availability.
   

6. Fill Out Details and Save
   Complete all other necessary details for the appointment and hit Save to schedule it successfully.
   

Note: This feature is available on iOS and Android devices running Version 3.74 or later.
