To PUBLISH workflows within your CRM system, you need to configure both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. If either is missing, you can only save the workflow but not publish it.

Enter the title of the task in the designated field.
Task Description
Provide a detailed description of the task, including all necessary information to guide the user in completing it.
Assign Task
Select the user who will be responsible for this task. You can assign it to yourself or other team members.
Due Date
Set a due date to ensure the task is completed in a timely manner.
