To PUBLISH workflows within your CRM system, you need to configure both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. If either is missing, you can only save the workflow but not publish it.

Task Assignment


The "Add Task" action in your CRM allows you to delegate tasks to yourself or other team members. Tasks can only be assigned to active users in your account. This feature automates task creation, ensuring your team is reminded to complete critical tasks, such as scheduling follow-up sales calls.

This action lets you assign tasks to yourself or other team members. Only active users in your account can be assigned tasks.
