By proactively sharing quick wins, accounts can build trust, increase transparency, and strengthen retention, all while keeping the platform invisible in the final deliverable.

- Professional, White-Labeled Reports:Generate reports that feature your accounts' branding — no Platform logos.
- Flexible Entity Selection:Choose either all entities (for accounts without a mix of Uberall/Yext) or a single entity for tailored reporting.
- Flexible Delivery Options:Download reports as PDFs or send directly via email from the platform.
- Intelligent Recipient Management:Select from existing contacts or staff; any new staff recipients are automatically added to the contact list.
- Customizable Email Content:Adjust font styles, sizes, and formatting to create polished, professional communication.
- Graph Selection:Include or exclude specific graphs to customize each client’s report.
- Email Tracking & Higher Trust Factor:Emails are sent from your accounts domain and tracked via Bulk Actions, ensuring higher deliverability and credibility.

How to Use
- Navigate to your account→Listings Analytics tab.
- Click “Generate Report” → Select either:All Entities(if no mix of Uberall/Yext), orA Single Entity
- Choose Date Range:Set a custom or predefined period.
- Select Graphsto Include/Exclude: Tailor reports for each client.
- Add Branding:Mandatory headline, optional description, upload logo.
- Choose Delivery Method:
- Download PDF
- Send via Email:EnterFromEmail > Selectrecipients(contacts + staff; new staff auto-added) >Customizeemail content (fonts, formatting, bullets) >Senddirectly to clients
- Preview Report:Review before sending or downloading.
What’s Next?
- Automated Recurring Reports:Soon, users will be able to schedule monthly or quarterly reports to be sent automatically to selected recipients.
- Uberall Support:Currently available for Yext entities only. Uberall analytics integration is coming in a future release.
