Overview of Adding Listings to a SaaS Plan
The Listings add-on allows you to package business directory syncing as part of your SaaS plans. Instead of selling Listings separately, you can embed it directly into a subscription plan in the SaaS Configurator. This ensures clients automatically receive this feature when they subscribe to a plan.

Pre-requisites

Important: Please note that once the platform Stripe account is connected, it cannot be changed later. So please ensure that you are connecting the right Stripe account to your platform.
How to Add Listings to a SaaS Plan
You can include Listings in any SaaS plan directly through the SaaS Configurator. Here’s how to do it:
Important: You will be charged for deploying these services. Your account subscribing to this plan won't be charged extra for the services selected below. Please make sure to add your margins to the price of the SaaS product itself.
From the left-hand navigation bar in your account view, click on SaaS Configurator
Find the plan you want to edit and click Edit Details
Navigate to the Addons section
Check the box labeled Listings to include it in the plan then click Save Changes to confirm
How will my Client set up Listings after purchasing my SaaS Plan?
Once purchased, all other steps for setting up Listings, managing Listings, client notifications, etc. will remain the same as discussed in this article: Online Listing Overview & Setup Doc.
Note: This setting will not affect your existing clients and will only apply to new SaaS clients you sign up in future (after making the changes shown above).
How do I see which Locations Signed up for my Listings Offer?
To see which locations have signed up for your Listings offer, follow these steps:
From your account view, go to the bottom left and click Settings
In the Settings menu, select Billing. Locate the Listings section and click Show your account
A window will pop up showing all subscribed accounts, their plan details, and billing status

The client will automatically receive access to Listings as soon as they purchase or upgrade to that plan.
