Why It’s Happening
Our downstream carrier recently adjusted rates for multiple countries on May 12. While we typically receive advance notice, this update was communicated much later.
Since then, we’ve continued billing at the older rates — effectively absorbing the increased costs. To maintain long-term sustainability without compromising service quality, we’ve aligned our system with the current rates.
We understand that price changes can be unexpected. Please know that we only make adjustments when absolutely necessary, always with the intent to support a healthy, transparent billing experience.
We’re grateful for your trust and are here if you have any questions or would like assistance reviewing your messaging strategy.
