Template Library Visibility Control Support in Ad Manager

What’s New?
The Ad Manager now adheres to account visibility controls set in the Template Library. The user's account who do not have access to the Template Library (due to account restrictions) will now experience a simplified campaign creation flow that excludes template selection.
This ensures a more intuitive experience for users by removing options that aren’t available to them. 
How It Works:
  • If the user's account access to the Template Library is restricted, the user will: 
  1. No longer see the “Ad Manager Templates” option when starting a new campaign. 
  2. Be presented with a default “Start From Scratch” flow instead. 
  • Upon clicking 
    “New Campaign”
    , these users will:
  1. Select the platform
     they want to publish ads on (e.g., Facebook or Google).
  2. Be 
    taken directly to the campaign builder screen
    , bypassing the template selection step entirely.

This behavior aligns with the visibility settings configured by Account Admins in the Template Library and only applies to the user account. Account Admins and users with access retain the full flow, including template options. 


Why It Matters:
  • Streamlined UX
    : Removes confusion or dead ends for users without template access.
  • Consistency
    : Aligns Ad Manager's UI with system-level visibility rules, creating a predictable experience.
Notes:
  1. This enhancement only affects the user's account with restricted Template Library access.
  2. No changes are made to campaign creation logic, ad set configuration, or performance.
  3. System-level templates (like System Email templates) are not impacted by this change.
