To begin posting content, just click on the "New Post" button, found in the upper-right corner of your dashboard. Alternatively, you can use the "Create New Post" link located at the bottom of your post list. There are three methods to create posts: directly through the platform, uploading a CSV file, or utilizing Content AI.

Uploading Posts via CSV

You can upload posts using a CSV file by selecting the "Upload CSV" option after clicking "New Post." Here's the format to follow:

  • Date Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm
    (e.g., 2025-05-23 20:15)

  • Text Column: Include captions and hashtags.

  • Link Column: Insert a valid URL. It must be a single link.

  • Image/Video Column: You can upload multiple images or videos separated by commas. For GIFs, only one GIF is allowed per post.

A CSV file supports up to 90 posts, and you can select which social media platforms the posts should be uploaded to. Once the file is imported, an approver reviews the content, and it will be scheduled accordingly.
