To begin posting content, just click on the "New Post" button, found in the upper-right corner of your dashboard. Alternatively, you can use the "Create New Post" link located at the bottom of your post list. There are three methods to create posts: directly through the platform, uploading a CSV file, or utilizing Content AI.
Social Media Post Creation
1. Selecting a Platform
For Instagram, choose the platform by clicking "Instagram" as your preferred social media channel for the post.
2. Writing Your Content
In the text field provided, enter your content, which may include rich media, hashtags, and formatting like bold or italicized text. You can even incorporate images or videos. Get creative, and when you’re ready, click “Publish.”
3. Preview Your Post
Before publishing, preview how the post will appear on Instagram.
4. Saving Drafts
If your post isn't ready to go live, you can save it as a draft and publish it later.
Post Publishing Options
When you’re ready to post, click "Post." You will be given the following options:
- Post Now: Immediately publish to the chosen social media channels.
- Schedule Post: Choose a future date and time for your post to go live.
- Send for Approval: Route your post for approval within your organization. Add approvers, select a time slot, and include notes if necessary.
- Delete: If needed, you can delete the post. Be aware that this action cannot be undone.
Uploading Posts via CSV
You can upload posts using a CSV file by selecting the "Upload CSV" option after clicking "New Post." Here's the format to follow:
Date Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm
(e.g., 2025-05-23 20:15)Text Column: Include captions and hashtags.
Link Column: Insert a valid URL. It must be a single link.
Image/Video Column: You can upload multiple images or videos separated by commas. For GIFs, only one GIF is allowed per post.
A CSV file supports up to 90 posts, and you can select which social media platforms the posts should be uploaded to. Once the file is imported, an approver reviews the content, and it will be scheduled accordingly.
