Part 1: Configuring Your Video Module

Step 1: Basic Video Configuration

Once you insert a video module in the Funnel Builder, the "Video Settings" will appear on the right panel. These settings are split into two areas: Basic and Advanced. Here's how to begin:

Selecting Video Type:
Select the correct video provider (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube, Wistia) and input the URL to ensure the video is properly displayed.

Video Type Selection

Adjusting Padding and Margins:
Like with image elements, modifying padding and margins allows you to tweak the video's size and placement, giving it a personalized look.

Autoplay and Viewer Controls:
Depending on your video type, you can set it to autoplay and determine which controls (like play, pause) are accessible to your audience.

Autoplay and Controls

Setting Video Quality:
Supported resolutions in the CRM range from 480P to 1080P, with options to automatically adjust based on the format uploaded.

Modify Borders:
Adjust the border around your video for a more polished look.

Appearance Adjustments:
Customize how the video displays across mobile and desktop platforms.

CSS Selector:
For advanced users, custom CSS can be applied for more granular changes.

Part 2: Analyzing Video Interaction (Hosted Videos)

Step 1: Starting with Video Settings

To monitor video performance within your CRM:

Remove Progress Bar:
For a minimalistic view, turn off the progress bar display.

Redirect Non-Registered Viewers:
Use cookies to track how far leads get into the video and set a redirect page for those who aren’t registered.

Step 2: Building a Workflow

Configure Workflow Triggers:
Set "Video Tracking" as your workflow trigger to monitor lead engagement.

Workflow Trigger

Select Filters:
Choose the specific video you wish to track and set thresholds for the percentage of the video watched.

Step 3: Taking Action Based on Video Interaction

Engage Leads:
Use the video tracking trigger to send personalized emails based on viewers' engagement with the video.

Nurture Leads

Tailor Custom Actions:
Implement additional follow-ups like sending more emails or setting tasks based on your marketing strategy.

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Video Doesn’t Appear:
Double-check that the URL is accurate and matches the selected platform type.
  • Workflow Doesn’t Start:
Make sure that the leads you're tracking are already added as contacts in the CRM.
  • Low Video Quality:
Review the original video format to ensure it's compatible with the CRM’s supported resolutions.
