In this section, you'll learn how to modify the Funnel Steps area. Begin by selecting one of your previously created funnels. Once you make a selection, the system will take you directly to the steps section, where you can make any necessary adjustments to align with your strategy.
Navigating Funnel Headers
Once inside the funnel, you’ll see a header that contains various sections, each addressing different elements of your sales funnel. These sections offer helpful tools and resources. To gain a better understanding of each section’s features, you can access the interactive tutorials available for further guidance.
Organizing Funnel Steps
Funnels are structured in steps, guiding customers through actions like making an appointment. In this section, you can create new funnel pages, reorder your steps, and add products to your funnel. This setup ensures a smooth journey for your customers, from start to finish.
Using Funnel Actions
As an admin, you have access to several buttons that provide additional functionality. You can duplicate the funnel, share it with other CRM instances, or dive into the details of the URL path. This level of customization gives you more control over managing your funnels and collaborating with other teams.
Adding a New Funnel Step
To add a new step to your funnel, click on the green Add New Step button. This allows you to further customize and expand your funnel as needed to support your marketing efforts.
Naming Funnel Steps
It’s important to give each step a clear name. Consistency in naming your steps is essential for keeping your funnel organized. As your funnel grows, this practice will make managing and identifying steps much simpler.
Setting the Funnel URL Path
You have the option to assign a unique URL path to each funnel step, or you can use the same name as the step itself. A URL path is required to successfully save and implement the new step.
Importing from ClickFunnels (Optional)
You can import funnels from ClickFunnels if needed. Just add the URL of your existing funnel in the designated field, making it easy to integrate your previous work into this platform.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides access to every funnel step for editing purposes. You can fine-tune each step to ensure it aligns with your marketing goals and provides the best user experience.
Products Tab
Under the Products tab, you can create products for your funnel, such as one-time purchases or subscription-based products. This flexibility enables you to cater to different customer needs, enhancing their experience and potentially increasing revenue.
Publishing Tab
In the Publishing tab, you can edit the funnel step name and its URL path. Access to the Publishing tab can be found through several buttons across the interface, making adjustments to funnel steps simple and intuitive.
Funnel Page URL
The URL path you've assigned will lead users to the online location of the funnel step. The Funnel Page URL settings also include a button that redirects you to the Publishing tab for further edits.
Open Funnel Page
The "In New Tab" button next to the URL path allows you to open a specific funnel step in a new browser tab. This helps you view and access the funnel step without interrupting your workflow.
Preview Image
In this area, you can see a preview image of the funnel step. Several buttons are provided to help you perform actions like adjusting elements, ensuring your funnel is optimized.
Build/Edit Funnel Step
Click the edit button to begin building or editing your funnel steps. You can choose to edit directly on the same page or in a new browser tab using the provided webpage builder, which offers all the tools needed to customize your funnel.
Preview in Web Browser
You can preview your funnel step without affecting analytics by clicking the preview button. This opens a new browser tab to view the funnel step while keeping your conversion metrics intact.
Edit Funnel Name & Path
By clicking on the settings icon, you can access the Publishing tab, where you can update both the funnel step’s name and its URL path, allowing for easy management of your funnel’s organization.
Split Testing Funnel Steps
As an admin, you have the ability to conduct split testing on your funnel steps. Split testing helps optimize your funnels, allowing you to compare the performance of different variations to see which one performs best.
Create Split Test Variation
To create a split test variation, click the Create Variation button located on the right-hand side. This allows you to develop alternative versions of a funnel step and measure their effectiveness against the original.
Clone Funnel Step
You can clone funnel steps to streamline your process. Just click the Clone Funnel Step button, and select where you want to clone it. This feature saves time and helps maintain consistency across funnels.
Delete Funnel Step
If you need to remove a funnel step, click the Delete Funnel Step button. Be cautious, as deleting a step is irreversible.
