Monitoring leads generated by your affiliates is crucial, and while tracking is straightforward when selling products, it's equally important when leads don't immediately convert into sales. In such cases, Forms, Surveys, or Calendars can be leveraged to track those leads effectively.
Selecting Your Lead Source
Start by choosing one of the three available sources. Once you've made your selection, the rest of the process remains consistent. Use the "Select source details" drop-down menu to pick your source, and then hit "next."
Setting Up Affiliates Without Commission Structures
Lead tracking doesn’t require commission settings, but affiliates still need to be added. You also have the flexibility to provide a description or modify the settings, similar to when managing commissions.
Viewing Lead Sources Linked to Affiliates
As affiliates start bringing in leads, you can quickly check the source by navigating to "Affiliates," selecting the specific affiliate, and scrolling to the "Leads" section.
Tracking Leads for Enhanced Affiliate Management
This straightforward process will enable you to efficiently track leads generated by your affiliates through appointments, submissions, or other non-sales methods. Even if sales occur outside the platform, this system allows easy manual assignment of sales to the appropriate affiliate.
Reminder: Custom Embeds do not support lead tracking. You must add forms, surveys, or calendars as components within a funnel or webpage to activate tracking.
