In the Campaign Overview section, you can quickly access a summary of your affiliate marketing efforts. This dashboard highlights key metrics, such as the total revenue earned and the number of customers acquired through affiliate links.
Starting a New Campaign
To launch a new affiliate campaign, click the '+Add' button. You will be taken to the campaign editor, where you can configure and personalize your new campaign.
Tracking Revenue
In the Revenue Generated tab, you can track the total income generated by all your campaigns, providing an overview of your campaign's financial success.
Customer Details
The Customers tab reveals the number of customers brought in by your affiliates, including both new and repeat customers.
Subscription Cancellations (Churned)
When a customer with a recurring subscription cancels, they are listed under the Churned section. You can attempt to win these customers back by reactivating them through a new checkout or enrolling them again. This only applies to recurring customers; one-time buyers are not shown here.
Incomplete Leads
The Leads tab shows potential customers who have started the checkout process by filling out the order form but did not complete the payment. This section gives you insights into untapped leads for further action.
Campaign Management Dashboard
The Campaign Table provides an overview of all your active and paused campaigns, giving you the tools to monitor and control their progress effectively. Key details include:
- Campaign Name: The unique identifier for each campaign.
- Status: Indicates if the campaign is live (green) or paused (yellow).
- Start Date: The date when the campaign was initiated.
- Affiliates: The number of affiliates promoting the campaign.
- Customers: The number of customers driven by affiliate links.
- Churned: The count of recurring customers who canceled their subscriptions.
- Leads: The number of individuals who began the purchase process but didn’t complete it.
- Commission: The percentage of commission assigned to affiliates for each sale.
- Revenue Generated: The total earnings from each campaign.
- More Actions: Options to modify or delete campaigns as needed.
Updating a Campaign
To adjust an existing campaign, select the Edit Campaign option from the actions dropdown.
Activating or Pausing Campaigns
Switch your campaign status by choosing Publish now to make it live or Save in Draft to pause it for future use.
Duplicating Campaigns
To create a copy of a campaign for testing or quick modifications, use the Clone Campaign option. This allows you to make changes without affecting the original campaign.
Removing a Campaign
If you wish to permanently delete a campaign, simply choose the Delete Campaign option.
These features provide comprehensive tools to help you manage and optimize your affiliate campaigns efficiently, ensuring you can track performance, make modifications, and enhance your marketing strategies seamlessly.
