Enhance your communication efficiency with the latest mobile app features. From AI-suggested replies to sending review requests directly from the conversation screen, managing conversations on your mobile device has never been more seamless.

Accessing Conversations

To get started, open the mobile app and navigate to the Conversations section. Choose any of your ongoing conversations to view or manage.

Viewing AI-Generated Replies

When Conversation AI suggests replies, you can easily view the full text of each suggestion by opening the bottom sheet. Simply tap on the reply that best suits your response to send it instantly.

Sending Review Requests

You can now send a review request directly from the conversation window. Tap on the three-dot Actions dropdown menu and select Send Review Request to prompt your contact for a review without leaving the conversation.

Viewing External Call Logs

For a comprehensive view of all communications, external calls made to the contact will be displayed in the conversation window. This feature provides a complete log, making it easier to track all interactions with your contacts.
