Services: Now Supported in Snapshots!

Overview

We’re excited to announce that Services
 are now fully supported in Snapshots! This makes it easier 
than ever to replicate setups for Services across multiple accounts. 

Now, accounts can effortlessly save time 
during onboarding and ensure seamless duplication of Services across multiple accounts.

What’s New?

You can now include the following assets when creating or loading a Snapshot:

Calendar Services
– All your configured service listings
Calendar Service Add-Ons
– Add-ons linked to services are copied seamlessly
Calendar Service Categories
– All grouping logic is carried over
Calendar Service Resources
– Replicate equipment, rooms, or team member assignments

These assets are selectable independently while creating or restoring Snapshots, giving you full flexibility.

How It Works

Navigate to
Account View › Account Snapshots
Create
Snapshot with the desired assets from the source account

Save
the Snapshot
When
loading
into a location, choose the Services and related assets you want to include

The selected Services, Add-ons, Categories, and Resources will be added to the new account

Why It Matters

This feature streamlines the onboarding process for users, allowing them to easily replicate Services setup across different accounts. With pre-configured Services, users can ensure a consistent experience and quickly provide Services templates to their clients.
