 Introducing Newsletters for Communities
Spotlight your community’s best posts, threads, and events in a personalized digest — delivered straight to members’ inboxes :rocket:.
What’s Inside Every Newsletter
  • Active Threads: The last post a member interacted on — plus the freshest replies from others.
  • Top Posts: The most trending content from public channels, so no one misses what’s hot.
  • Posts from Followed Members: Personalized updates from creators your members follow.
  • Upcoming Events: The most relevant upcoming events, making sure they never miss a moment.
  • Clickable Cards: Every post, thread, and event doubles as a call-to-action — one click and they’re engaging back in your community.
How to Use
  • By default, Newsletters are off — only Community Admins/Owners can turn them on in Community → Settings → Newsletter.
  • Admins choose the frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), and newsletters are then automatically generated and delivered via email.
  • Each member can also manage their subscription using the “Update Preferences” link in the email.
Clicking on unsubscribe only unsubscribes from the newsletters
Why This Feature Matters
  • Weekly digests draw members back in and help establish new engagement routines.
  • Re-engagement made easy: Members revisit the community naturally, without extra nudges.
  • Automatic growth loop: Promotes group activity by surfacing trending posts, hot topics, and can’t-miss events — on repeat, without effort.
  • Bottom line: Newsletters turn your community into a recurring touchpoint — spotlighting your best content, driving higher clicks, and keeping members connected long after they log off.
