You can now decide how new SaaS accounts are named when customers sign up through your funnels.
What’s New
- In SaaS Configurator → Advanced Settings → Onboarding, choose between:
- Company Name – Use the business name entered at checkout.
- Customer Name + “’s Account” – Keep the current default style.
Why It Matters
- This gives you more control over how accounts appear in your system:
- Use Company Name for quick identification by business.
- Use Customer Name if you prefer to search by owner.
Pro Tip:
If you’re using an external checkout, you can still use the Company Name option—just make sure your checkout sends a companyName
value in the subscription metadata.
