We’ve made the Client Portal even more personalized! Now, you'll only see the apps and features that are active and relevant to you—making your experience simpler, cleaner, and easier to navigate.

Only See What Matters
  1. Apps like Courses, Affiliates Invoices, Estimates, and Contracts will now only show up when:
  2. The app permission is enabled by the client portal owner.
  3. When the app permission is enabled, something new or active for you inside the app (like a course to view or an invoice to check).
  4. If there's nothing waiting for you in a particular app, it stays hidden—so your portal stays neat and easy to use.
For Client Portal Users(Contacts)
  • Clean, Focused Experience - No more empty apps or confusing links. You’ll only see child apps that you have gained access and some content to view. For example, you will see courses as child app only after you purchase your first course.
  • Personalized Navigation - The Client Portal now feels custom-made for your journey. Never navigates to an empty app.
  • Less Clutter, More Clarity - Not seeing something? That means there’s nothing new for you there—no guesswork, just a straightforward experience.
