With this enhancement, Live Chat messages will now trigger notifications according to your existing notification preferences, ensuring you're always in the loop.
What’s New?
- Live Chat messages now trigger notifications.
- No new settings required — if you’ve already enabled conversation notifications, you’ll automatically start receiving notifications for Live Chat messages.
- To review or update your notification preferences, go to Settings > My Profile > Notifications.
