From around the 3rd of June 2025, accounts utilizing Call Recording will start seeing a daily transaction for Call Recording Storage.
Earlier, we billed this on a monthly basis. Now, the billing frequency will change to daily.
Your total billing amount for Recording Storage over a month will remain the same; only the frequency of billing is changing.
You may notice 3 transactions on the 3rd of June corresponding to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of June. After that, you will see one transaction per day for each account.
If you wish to reduce these charges, you can choose to delete older call recordings automatically.
