New Feature: Bulk Account Transfer Now Available!

We’re thrilled to introduce the Bulk Account Transfer feature, which simplifies the process of moving multiple accounts at once, eliminating the need for account owners to submit support tickets for bulk transfers! 


• Select & Transfer Multiple Accounts: Platform owners can now transfer several accounts to another Platform by entering the receiving Platform's relationship number. 

• Flexible Selection Options: Choose accounts one by one, use the 'Select All' option, or input a list of comma-separated location IDs. 

• New 'Account Transfer' Menu: A dedicated menu on the accounts page allows you to initiate, track, and manage all transfers and ejections in one convenient account. 

• Enhanced Tracking Screen: 
   1. The receiving platform owner can accept or reject all transfers simultaneously. 
   2. The sending platform can monitor the status of each transferred account. For detailed steps on how to perform the bulk account transfer, check out the article below:
