How It Works
  1. In the Create Agent flow, reach the 
    Phone & Availability
     step.
  2. Enter the phone number you want to test with.
  3. Click 
    Call Me
     to receive a test call from your AI Agent.
  4. Interact with your agent to evaluate its responses.
  5. After the call completes, review:
  • Call History
     – View past test calls.
  • Transcripts & Recordings
     – Analyze conversation details.
  • Summaries & Feedback
     – Rate the interaction and refine your agent’s behavior.
