Managing Your Sales Pipelines


In this section, you’ll have the tools you need to build, organize, and manage various sales pipelines that comprise the opportunities within your CRM.

If you haven’t yet explored the “Opportunities” section of your CRM, it’s recommended that you do so after reviewing this guide to familiarize yourself with its capabilities.

NOTE: Access to certain features may be limited based on your user permissions.

Modifying a Pipeline

You can make various modifications to an existing pipeline using the editing function, such as changing its name, adding or removing stages, and making other necessary adjustments. For a step-by-step visual guide on how to edit a pipeline, refer to the GIF provided.

Removing a Pipeline

If you need to delete a pipeline, simply click on the trash can icon. Please be aware that deleting a pipeline is permanent and cannot be undone.

Creating a New Pipeline

To create a new pipeline, click the green "+ Create new Pipeline" button in the top-right corner. Follow the prompts to name your pipeline, add stages, and decide whether to display or hide the stage funnel and pie charts.

Naming Your Pipeline

When naming your pipelines, consider using names that reflect their purpose or the lead source, such as "Google Ads," "Facebook Ads," or "Website Leads."


Naming Your Stages

Each "Stage" in your pipeline represents a step in your process. Name each stage according to its role in the lead management process. For instance, stages could be named "New Lead," "Registered," or "Paid."


Adding a New Stage

To add a new stage, click the "+ Add Stage" button and give it a suitable name.


Stage Funnel Chart: Show or Hide

This toggle lets you decide whether to include this stage in the funnel charts on your CRM dashboard for reporting purposes.


Stage Pie Chart: Show or Hide

Similarly, this toggle controls whether the stage is displayed in the pie charts on your CRM dashboard.

Managing Pipeline Actions

In the "Actions" section, you have several options for customizing your pipeline's appearance and functionality. This includes showing or hiding the pipeline pie and funnel charts and deleting stages as needed.


Pipeline Pie Chart: Show or Hide

Use this toggle to include or exclude the pipeline from the pie charts in your CRM dashboard.


Pipeline Funnel Chart: Show or Hide

This toggle determines whether the pipeline appears in the funnel charts on your CRM dashboard.


Deleting a Stage

To remove a stage, click the trash can icon. Keep in mind that this action is permanent.
