Naming Your Workflow Activations

Selecting the Type of Workflow Activation

The "Choose a Workflow Trigger" feature allows you to designate the type of activation that will be associated with a workflow. There are numerous types of triggers available, each corresponding to different categories within your CRM system, such as:

  • Contact-Based Activations

  • Event-Based Activations

  • Appointment-Based Activations

  • Opportunity-Based Activations

  • Affiliate-Based Activations

  • Membership-Based Activations

  • Payment-Based Activations

  • Shopify-Based Activations

  • Community-Based Activations

By choosing the appropriate type, you can fine-tune the workflow’s functionality to align more closely with your specific business objectives.

Implementing Filters for Workflow Activations

The platform's filtering capability allows users to apply a specific activation condition to a workflow. Without a filter, the workflow will follow the default activation pattern.

Each workflow activation has a set of filters that can be accessed by clicking the filter icon under the relevant activation. Users can then select from the available filtering options, which are specific to that activation. This level of customization enables businesses to create workflows that are finely tuned to their specific operational needs.
