The Task Alert workflow initiator enables you to launch a workflow based on a previously created task within your CRM system. This feature is designed to assist you in setting up task alerts aligned with your work requirements. To get started, click on "Create New Workflow Trigger" and choose "Task Alert" from the list of available triggers.

To implement a filter, select the "Add Filter" option. This allows you to activate the workflow either a set number of days before or after an event, or even based on custom criteria.
Triggering After a Set Number of Days
This option is ideal when actions need to be taken a specific number of days after a task. Simply input the desired number of days in the corresponding field.
Triggering Before a Set Number of Days
This option is useful for executing tasks a specific number of days before an event. Enter the required number of days in the field provided.
