The "Survey Submission" trigger is specifically crafted to initiate certain actions when a lead completes and submits a survey. Each time a survey is submitted, this trigger comes into play, activating the associated workflow designed for that purpose. This functionality enables businesses to automate responses and actions following survey submissions, enhancing workflow efficiency and offering a more tailored experience for customers.
To make your workflow operational, you'll need to set up both a trigger and an action. Only when both elements are in place can you publish the workflow; otherwise, it will remain in a draft state, only available to be saved.
Filter Options
Start by clicking "Add New Workflow Trigger" and selecting "Survey Submission." You can refine your trigger by applying filters, such as "Disqualified" or "Survey Is."
Disqualified Status Filter
This filter is useful if you want the trigger to activate depending on the survey's qualification status. For example, if "Disqualified" is set to "False," the trigger will activate when the survey is qualified. Conversely, setting it to "True" will activate the trigger when the survey is disqualified.
Survey Selection Filter
The "Survey Is" filter provides a dropdown menu listing all the surveys available in the system. You can choose the specific survey that will activate the trigger from this list.
